Role Overview:

We are looking for a Business Development Manager with extensive hands-on experience in the construction industry, specifically within the commercial materials and waste sectors. This role is suited for someone who not only understands industry dynamics but also has the vision to drive strategic growth. Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Growth:

Craft and execute business development strategies to promote our intuitive materials exchange platform and services across the construction sector.

Client Relationships:

Develop and sustain strong connections with industry stakeholders, including construction companies, materials suppliers, and waste management firms.

Market Expansion:

Identify and tap into new markets and emerging trends to fuel company growth.

Sales Leadership:

Spearhead sales activities, including negotiations and proposals, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Industry Expertise:

Utilize your comprehensive understanding of commercial materials and waste management to offer tailored solutions to clients.

Internal Collaboration:

Work closely with the Head of Sales and the CEO to align business development efforts with overall company goals, ensuring a cohesive and strategic approach.

  • Proficient in using CRM systems, particularly Hubspot.
