Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Relationship Building:
Cultivate and nurture relationships with key stakeholders across various sectors, including residential developers and main contractors. Opportunity Creation: Identify and create new business opportunities, effectively feeding them into our sales pipeline.
Market Insight:
Monitor industry trends and emerging markets, leveraging insights to inform strategic decisions and business development efforts.
Sales Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales team to convert generated opportunities into revenue, ensuring strategies align with broader business objectives.
Thought Leadership:
Use your construction sector expertise to influence and guide internal teams and business strategies.
Networking and Influence:
Act as a representative at industry events and meetings, building the company’s reputation as a leader in sustainable construction solutions.
